The Ordinary Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA for hair and scalp is a milky emulsion that aims to provide hydration to the scalp to help support scalp and hair health. This formulation contains a combination of ingredients that mimic the function of natural moisturizing factors (NMF) and hyaluronic acid (HA) that are naturally produced within the skin. NMF and HAs ability to bind and retain water allows for long lasting hydration of the scalp. This contributes to the overall maintenance in the scalps barrier function and aids in the support of healthy looking hair.
